This space is designed for Mary Ellen Henderson's English 8 to create and maintain a database of information about the literature we study this year.
Using TV Tropes as our model, we will create definitions and build a database of examples for a variety of literary terms and specific stories relating to mythology and folklore.
How it Works[]
We will create pages using definitions that we find for literary terms and examples that we come across in our reading, both in and out of class, during the rest of the year. Here's a link to a google document with a list of terms we'll be investigating. To illustrate your work, please look for images using this link, which will take you to a google image search form that provides only results we can legally use on the page.
Before you get on the wiki, prepare what you want to say in a Word or Google document. Then dive in and add an example or a definition to support our understanding of literary terms.
